(17) Development of an Efficient Solver for Hierarchical Linear Systems

We developed a solver for constraint hierarchies consisting of linear equations. The solver is based on a new formulation of constraint hierarchies called hierarchical linear systems. It is more reliable than conventional local propagation solvers, and performs well especially for large, complicated hierarchies.
